Few artists know Canada’s remote places like musician, adventurer and playwright Ian Tamblyn.
In a career that has spanned 4 decades, Ian has travelled the country from coast, to coast, to coast, celebrating and sometimes lamenting the world’s great remote spaces in song.
Ian’s latest album, Side By Each, is no exception. The new album, released February 13th, is his 35th recording project.
Ian continues in the tradition of haunting compositions that seem to draw life from the land itself, intertwined with lyrics deep with poetry and meaning. The new video single, Listen to the Water Fall (below) describes the birth of mighty icebergs from a glacier off the coast of Greenland.
